What are your fees?
- All first consults are bulk billed for children or adults who hold a valid Medicare Card.
- We also offer 20% off all consults and treatments for senior card holders.
- We provide the Child Dental Benefits Schedule for children aged 2-17 years old who are either part of a family receiving Family Tax Benefit A or are one of the following Australian Government payments
- Youth Allowance
- ABSTUDY
- Disability Support, Pension
- Parenting Payment
- Special Benefit
- Double Orphan Pension
- Veteran’s Children’s Education Scheme if child is 16 or older
- Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme if the child is 16 or over. Ensure your details are up to date with Medicare if you think you may be eligible. Around 3.4 million Australian children are eligible for this payment which provides up to $1000 worth of free dental for kids over two years, such as check-ups, X-rays, fillings, and extractions. Orthodontic services are not included.

Are you a preferred provider for BUPA or other health funds, if so which?
We are a preferred provider with BUPA, NIB, and many other health funds. This means on a standard clean and check-up you will receive a significant portion of your cost back, varying from fund to fund.
What payment methods do you accept, and do you have a payment plan option like this?
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.
We accept all Australian health fund cards and can process your claim on the spot through HICAPS (please bring your health fund card).
We also offer seniors a 10% discount for dental health and you will need to bring your seniors’ card.
What are your surgery hours?
Our surgery is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, with emergency appointments available on Thursday from 4pm-9pm and Saturday from 8am-6pm and Sunday 8am-6pm.
What is an acceptable means of payment?
All bills must be paid on the day, (or via afterpay) and we accept all major credit cards.
For consults we will process your rebate on receipt of payments and the remittance will be sent straight to your bank account.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
It is helpful to bring copies of previous dental X-Rays if you have any. Existing patients will have low-dose digital X-rays on file.
It is also helpful to bring a list of any medical conditions, medications and allergies which may be relevant.
What happens in my first appointment?
Our dentists will ask about your current oral concerns, any underlying medical conditions, or allergies and what you would like to achieve during the visit.
During the visit we will
- Examine your teeth, gums, and bone.
- Perform an oral screen examination of your tongue, palate and cheeks for oral cancer or abnormal lesions.
- Obtain digital X- rays of all your teeth.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
- A current referral from your doctor or specialist
- Previous imaging or correspondence related to your condition or any bloods or pathology reports.
- A list of your medications and allergies (including natural preparations such as fish oil and turmeric)
